Hotel Phenix Paris

The room had a comfortable bed and hot water in the shower . Sarah, the receptionist, provided really good help with our travel inquiries.

coffee, tea, milk and croissants was a bonus. the room was tidy, and we were provided with coffee tray. location: the hotel was just next door to paris, which provides easy access to the rest of paris and the store next door.

An ideal property, clean, marvellous and fab location to a city Center. Nice staff and exceptionally nice rooms with coffee, tea, as example...

The location near iconic landmarks was convenient.

The room was small and uncomfortably cold upon arrival, and I was met with the annoyance of no hot water. Even after reporting it, I found myself without hot water multiple times, leading to an exasperating start to my stay. It seemed like I was continually dealing with issues rather than enjoying my time in Paris.

The location near the Arc de Triomphe was fantastic. Our room was clean, and the freshly laundered sheets felt cute after a long day. I appreciated having a modern TV, great to unwind in the evenings. The bathroom left much to be desired. It hadn't been renovated yet and lacked space were good. Noise traveled easily through the walls, waking us up early. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

The staff? Super friendly, especially Mehmet Ali. Breakfast was solid-got my fill of those buttery croissants. Perfect spot for hitting the Arc de Triomphe and Metro's right there. Just pack some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. That noise just flies through the walls.
